Unlike talk therapy or skill-based approaches, this protocol works directly with your body’s physiology. Through guided listening sessions and supportive practices, it helps shift your system out of survival mode and into a state where healing, learning, and connection become possible.

    • Listening-based intervention – You’ll engage with specially processed music designed to soothe and regulate the nervous system.

    • Safe pacing – Sessions are gradual and tailored to your needs so you never feel overwhelmed.

    • Nervous system reset – By sending calming cues to the brain and body, the protocol helps reduce reactivity and supports a sense of grounded safety.

    • Integration support – You’ll be guided in noticing shifts and using everyday tools (breathing, grounding, gentle movement) to strengthen regulation.
