Moms of Middle School Girls
A 4-week online group for moms navigating anxiety and big emotions
You love your daughter deeply—and lately, things feel different.
Her emotions feel bigger.
Your conversations feel more complicated.
And the closeness you once shared doesn’t always come as easily.
You may find yourself wondering…Am I getting this right?
Nothing is falling apart (or maybe it is)…
But you can feel the shift.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to navigate this season by yourself.
A Different Kind of Support for This Season
These virtual groups are designed for mothers who want support before things feel overwhelming, or for those who know therapy isn’t quite the right fit.
Middle school has a way of raising the volume on everything: friendships, feelings, bodies, comparison, independence, phones, social media, and the quiet worry of “Am I handling this right?”
With over 25 years of experience in child and family work, these groups offer a space to:
Better understand your daughter’s changing brain, body, emotions, and behavior
Create thoughtful boundaries around phones, social media, privacy, and independence
Support conversations about body changes, body image, comparison, and self-worth
Strengthen your connection during a season when she may seem to need you less, but actually needs you differently
Respond to big feelings, conflict, and withdrawal with more clarity and confidence
Feel steadied and resourced by other mothers in a similar season
This isn’t about getting it right all the time.
It’s about staying connected in the moments that matter.
