Ways to Work With Me

Family Coaching Sessions

One to one sessions have the flexibility to be whatever you need in the moment.

One or two caregivers meet with Alexis online for coaching sessions centered on collaboratively developed goals.

Children may be included for all or part of some sessions when it supports the family’s goals and helps strengthen connection.

When a child joins, we typically use playful activities to spark interest, invite engagement, and help the child feel more at ease in the process.

Fee
Individual sessions: $185 per session
Six-session package: $900 — a reduced rate of $150 per session

Relational Family Assessments

Sometimes families need more than a conversation — they need a clearer picture of what is happening beneath the surface.

Relational Family Assessments offer a structured, thoughtful way to better understand your child’s relational world, your parenting patterns, and the moments where connection feels easier or harder.

These packages may include tools such as the Adult Attachment Interview, Friends and Family Interview, Video Intervention Therapy, and the Marschak Interaction Method. Together, these provide a deeper look at attachment, communication, emotional needs, family strengths, and opportunities for growth.

The goal is not to label your family or identify what is “wrong.” The goal is to help you see your family with more clarity, compassion, and direction — and to leave with practical guidance for strengthening connection.

These assessments may be helpful if you are wondering:

Why does my child’s behavior feel so confusing or hard to understand?

What is happening in my relationship with my child?

Why do we keep getting stuck in the same patterns?

What does my child need from me that I may not be seeing yet?

How can I respond in ways that strengthen connection instead of escalating conflict?

What would help us begin coaching with a clearer starting point?

What’s included

A relational assessment package may include caregiver interviews, parent-child interaction activities, review of family video, structured assessment tools, and a feedback session with recommendations.

Each package is designed to help caregivers better understand their child, themselves, and the relational patterns that shape everyday family life.

Safe and Sound Protocol

Calming, Connecting, Healing

The Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) is a soothing, scientifically-grounded listening experience designed to help the nervous system feel safer, more settled, and more able to engage. Using specially filtered music, SSP introduces auditory cues that signal safety to the brain and body, helping shift out of hyper-vigilance, overwhelm, or shutdown. Over the course of several sessions, this gentle support can allow deeper calm, improved emotional balance, and an increased capacity for connection.

  • Gentle, specially filtered music
SSP uses music that has been engineered to highlight the sound frequencies connected to human voice and communication. The goal is to help the nervous system begin to feel safer and more open to connection.

    A slow, supported pace
Listening happens gradually. We start gently and move at a pace your system can handle, so the process does not feel overwhelming.

    Support for the nervous system
SSP is designed to help the body shift out of constant stress responses — like fight, flight, or shutdown — and move toward more calm, connection, and flexibility.

    Noticing what changes
Throughout the process, we pay attention to what you notice in your body, emotions, relationships, and daily life. This helps you make sense of changes as they happen and integrate them over time.

    • The full SSP “Core” program is five hours of listening, broken into multiple shorter sessions over several days.

    • Progress is not always linear. Some changes may show early; others emerge over weeks or months as your child’s system ( or your own) integrates what feels safer.

    • As a trained practitioner, I guide the pacing, environment, and will tailor supportive practices to your child’s needs.

  • SSP may be a good fit if your child (or you):

    • Becomes overwhelmed or dysregulated in seemingly everyday situations

    • Is very sensitive to sound, touch, or other sensory inputs

    • Experiences anxiety, difficulty with transitions, or social-communication challenges

    • Could benefit from support for attention, emotional balance, or speech/language growthes here

If your family is already engaged in coaching with Alexis, SSP may be added for $200, which includes up to three months of access.

For families using SSP on its own, the fee is $1,050. This includes up to six months of access to all three SSP Pathways — Connect, Core, and Balance — as well as seven 30-minute check-in sessions.

These check-ins allow us to go slowly, notice how your child’s nervous system is responding, and adjust the pacing and support as needed. SSP is not meant to be rushed; it works best when it is offered with care, curiosity, and ongoing support.

REST AND RESTORE PROTOCOL

The Rest and Restore Protocol™ is a gentle, sound-based listening program that supports the nervous system’s natural movement toward rest, balance, and recovery.

When the body has been carrying stress for a long time, it can become harder to settle, sleep, digest, or feel emotionally steady. RRP uses carefully designed music to help support internal rhythms and invite the body back toward a greater sense of ease.

This protocol may be especially supportive for people who are experiencing:

  • Chronic stress or fatigue

  • Difficulty sleeping

  • Gut or digestive concerns

  • Anxiety

  • Emotional sensitivity or imbalance

  • A sense of being depleted, wired, or worn down

If your family is already engaged in coaching with Alexis, RRP may be added for $200, which includes up to three months of access.

For families using RRP on its own, the fee is $1,050. This includes up to six months of access to the RRP program — as well as seven 30-minute check-in sessions.

These check-ins allow us to go slowly, notice how your child’s nervous system is responding, and adjust the pacing and support as needed. SSP is not meant to be rushed; it works best when it is offered with care, curiosity, and ongoing support.
