Through a combination of 1:1 coaching, journal prompts, and personalized suggestions, the program is designed for you to walk away with a deeper sense of who you are, and see how to build a life aligned with that beautiful, sparkly, compassionate and true you. Parent Strengthening Plus - 4x per month

• Weekly, 1-hour, sessions (24 sessions over up to eight months)
